EVENT BASE FEES - must book lodging at the main house for a minimum of two nights

Cost for small groups/events up to 50 people

  • $2000.00 event fee
  • $500 refundable damage deposit
  • Max of 50 people on the property
  • All events include 60" round tables and chairs, (3) cocktail tables, cake table and gift table, as well as the bar and arbor. Linens, chair covers, centerpieces and a Bluetooth portable speaker are also available for an additional fee.

Cost for groups/events of 51-75 people

  • $2600.00 event fee
  • $750 refundable damage deposit
  • Max of 75 people on the property
  • All events include 60" round tables and chairs, (3) cocktail tables, cake table and gift table, as well as the bar and arbor. Linens, chair covers, centerpieces and a Bluetooth portable speaker are also available for an additional fee.

Cost for groups/events of 76-100 people

  • $3200.00 event fee
  • $1000 refundable damage deposit
  • Max of 100 people on the property
  • All events include 60" round tables and chairs, (3) cocktail tables, cake table and gift table, as well as the bar and arbor. Linens, chair covers, centerpieces and a Bluetooth portable speaker are also available for an additional fee.
